mounts for twin outboard motors.

All of the cross members that
we use are EXTRUDED 6061-T6. We use a HAT CHANNEL
that is 1.75" tall 4" wide and 1/8" thick on our small boats. We have a new 2.5" tall HAT CHANNEL that is 4" wide and has 1/4" thick top and flanges for the larger boats.

This
is a boat that we built for the Arizona Yacht Club for their sail boat races. The boat is 30' long and has a head enclosure.

- Custom Pontoon Boat Kits etc. offers pontoon boat kits that are designed with several features that other pontoons
do not have.
- There are full bulkheads every 5 feet inside the pontoons, this adds to the STRENGTH of the pontoons.
- Most pontoon repairs that require welding are caused by cracks in the pontoon skin at the corners of narrow risers
that attach the pontoon to the deck. We have eliminated that problem completely. All of our pontoons have full length risers
between the deck and the pontoons, unlike some of our competitors who weld covers over narrow risers to give the appearance
of a full length riser.
- The pontoon risers are flanged to the outside so that retro fitting the pontoons to an existing
boat is very easy.
- Third pontoons are availiable and can be orderd with motor mounts built onto the pontoon that
will handle motors to 150HP.
- Pontoon boat kits can be built with motor mounts on all of the pontoons for single, twin,
or triple engine applications.
- We can form pontoons with wall thicknesses of up to .125" thick for heavy duty applications
- In
Summary our pontoons take the best features of all pontoons and roll them into one pontoon.
- We can also add ribs
to the side of the outboard pontoons to help prevent dents.
- We also offer lifting strakes on pontoons.
